Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the package you purchase. Many of our multi-pack bundles include free shipping, while some individual packages may have a shipping fee.

The shipping cost for your order will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including:

  • All contiguous United States
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)

Note: We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must have a US shipping address.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All UroSure orders are shipped in:

  • Plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or descriptions visible
  • Generic return address that does not indicate the contents
  • No logos or branding on the exterior of the package

The shipping label will show our company name (Envoice Media LLC) as the sender, which does not indicate the nature of the product inside.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status at any time:

  • Visit our Order Status page
  • Enter your order number to view current shipping status
  • Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@urosure.com. We can only update addresses before the order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue
  • For damaged items, include photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may reship your order or issue a refund at our discretion.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
