We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your unopened UroSure kit, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@urosure.com to request an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Important: Please include your order number and reason for return in your email. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Products must be unopened and unused in original packaging
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
  • Products must be in resellable condition

Refund Details

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds are processed less any original shipping and handling charges
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Multi-Product Kit Returns

Important: If you purchased a multi-product kit at a discounted price (such as a 2-pack or 4-pack), returning individual items will result in forfeiture of the bulk discount.

How Multi-Kit Refunds Work:

  • Your refund will be calculated based on the individual item price, not the discounted bundle price
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • The refund amount may vary depending on current promotional pricing

Example: If you purchased a 4-pack at a discounted price and wish to return 2 unopened kits, your refund will be calculated based on the current single-unit price, minus the pro-rated discount you received, minus return shipping costs, and minus original shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used test kits (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products returned without an RMA number
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@urosure.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging in your email.
